The purpose of this form is to help Missouri Breaks determine if the proposed study is a good fit for the company and community. It will also be used to solicit feedback from Community Advisory Board members and local stakeholders. Responses should be written in plain language and focus on information most relevant to community members.

Who are the PI and partners that make up the study team? Include contact information for primary contact. (600 character limit)

What are the logistics of the study? Include sample size, target community, study duration, frequency and timing of research visits, measurements collected at research visits, and target community. Missouri Breaks has staffed offices on the Oglala Sioux Tribe, Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe, Spirit Lake Tribe, and in Rapid City, SD. (1,000 character limit)
